Acceptance of terms

By using Bingify, a personal project operated by its maintainer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You may use Bingify to track, rate, review, and list titles and to follow other users. You are responsible for the content you post. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or infringe others’ rights. You must not abuse the AI features, including attempts to bypass their limits or safeguards or to make them generate content unrelated to films and shows.

AI features

The assistant, AI search, and recaps use third-party language models and are provided for entertainment and discovery only. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally reveal plot details despite our safeguards, and it is not professional advice. Verify anything important yourself. Availability of these features may change or be limited at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is handled by our own backend (email/password or Google sign-in). You may delete your account at any time.

Live TV

Live TV indexes channel streams that are publicly available online, curated by the third-party iptv-org project. Bingify does not host, transmit, or control this video content, and does not guarantee any channel’s availability, quality, or legality in your region - availability can change or stop at any time without notice. Guests receive a limited free preview per channel before being asked to sign in; we may adjust or remove this limit at any time. If you are a rightsholder and believe a listed channel infringes your rights, contact developer.mrabhi@gmail.com and we will review and remove it.

Intellectual property

Catalog metadata, images, ratings, and availability belong to their respective providers (TMDB, OMDb, JustWatch, MyAnimeList). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Your reviews and lists remain yours; you grant us a license to display them within the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Catalog data may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
