Giorgos Armenis (Klimatia, Ioannina, 18 October 1943) is a Greek actor, director and playwright. He was a student of Karolos Koun. He had a difficult childhood as his parents divorced early and he was raised by his mother. Subsequently, he completed 50 years in the theatrical genre, while at the "Karolos Koun" Art Theater he had remained for 22 consecutive years, until the death of his teacher. His well-known works are "Prova" and "Soi". In addition to the theater, he appeared in and directed several television series, while he also starred in cinema, winning significant distinctions.
